 Steve A. Evans, owner of THE E COMPANY, INC., specializes in real estate tax services. Over the last 22 years Mr. Evans has worked on appeals of multi-million dollar office buildings, large industrial complexes, regional shopping centers,multi-family,and land parcels, as well as a multitude of other commercial properties. 

Mr. Evans has been accepted as an expert witness for petitioners in over 2,000 state and county property tax valuation hearings.  He has performed in excess of 2,500 commercial property tax valuations in Colorado, Arizona.  

In addition, Mr. Evans has proved successful in hundreds of negotiations for settlement of property tax valuation matters with the county officials.
